We do not offer refunds for returned merchandise however we do offer a merchandise credit. Please note there is a 15% re-stocking fee for each returned item.
In order to received your merchandise credit, items must be in perfect factory and in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with all tag(s) attached and in original packaging. You must not destroy or lose any of the packaging.
How to Request an Exchange
Customer must notify us of the problem and desire to do an exchange. Requests for exchange must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre–authorized by Inspr’d Boutique.
• Email tanderson@insprdboutique.com and explain briefly your reason for your request for an exchange. Please provide an e-mail address of where you would like to have the return shipping label returned.
• Please allow 2 business days to receive an email response with your shipping label.
• Return your item(s) within 24 hours from the time you received your shipping label follows:
- Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.
- Send package to: Inspr’d Boutique c/o T. Anderson, P.O. Box 965361, Marietta GA 30066
- The return shipping label must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Invoice for charges required to complete exchanges (shipping charges, restocking fee, etc.), are made sent to customers once we receive, inspect and approve on your package. Store credit is issued for the remaining balance and can be used at any time.
Store Credits
Upon receipt of the item we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of your item less a 15% re-stocking fee. For example: if your item cost $100.00 then your credit after the 15% restocking fee would be $85.00. This credit can then be used toward the purchase price of a new item. We will issue you a store credit via e-mail.
Store credit is valid for the purchase of any items at Inspr’d Boutique. We do not issue any cash, check, or credit card refunds. To redeem store credit you must email us prior to your new purchase.
